We want you to be happy with Tackle Box. If it is not right for you, you can have your money back.

30-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. No explanation is needed, although we always appreciate hearing what did not work so we can improve.

How to ask

• Email paul@logicalvue.com from the address you used to buy, and include your order number if you have it.
• We will confirm and start the refund, usually within one business day.
• The refund, including any tax you paid, goes back to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take several business days to show it.

What happens to your license

When a purchase is refunded, the license ends and you should stop using the paid tools. The free demo mode stays available to you at no charge.

After 30 days

We do not offer refunds after the first 30 days, except where the law requires it or for a duplicate or mistaken charge. If something is wrong with the software, please contact us first. We would much rather fix a problem than lose a customer.

Try before you buy

You can try Tackle Box for free before buying. The demo has no time limit and includes several tools, so you can see how it feels on your computer.
